We are located in Carleton-sur-Mer, in Baie-des-Chaleurs, Gaspésie.

Can you tell me more about your business?

Aquamer Thalasso-Spa, located at Carleton-sur-Mer in Gaspésie offers care in Thalassotherapy with accommodation. We also have a lodge, the Hotel Aquamer, ideal for visitors wanting to stayin our beautiful area!

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required when booking.
The remaining balance will be taken from your credit card within 30 days before your arrival date.
This is intended to facilitate your check-in when you arrive at our establishment.
We ask that you ensure that the information provided is accurate.

The day of your arrival:

For packages arriving on Sunday
Please come to the Aquamer Thalasso Spa reception for registration, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
For Escapes (3 days/3 nights) arrival on Wednesday;
Please report to the Aquamer Thalasso Spa reception for registration at 11 a.m.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment to avoid delays.

A delay of 20 minutes or more may cause the therapist to refuse to practice the remaining minutes of the massage time slot and the total amount of the treatment will be assumed by the client.

You can cancel and/or postpone your treatments free of charge up to 24 hours before the date and time of your appointment.
No cancellation possible within 24 hours.
The amount of care will be claimed after this time or if you do not show up for your appointment.
For a treatment of less than $75, the total cost of this treatment will be deducted.

Cancellation policy

Any free cancellation must be made 30 days before your arrival date.

Between 30 and 14 days of arrival: 25% of the stay will be retained by Aquamer.

Between 15 and 6 days of arrival: 50% of the stay will be retained by Aquamer

Less than 5 days from arrival;

• For stays of 3 to 7 nights 100% of the price of the stay will be retained
• For stays of 8 nights and more 100% of the price of the first week will be retained

Date change

For date changes between 7 and 30 days before arrival, an administration fee of €250 will be charged. Below 7 days this is calculated as a cancellation.

Cancellation policy BOOK EARLY

Any stay can be changed date free of charge with 1 month’s notice.
Stays modified within the month will have to pay the fees for the year in effect, i.e. 2025.
Stays changed several times will be charged the current 2025 fees.

IMPORTANT

Please note that a week, a stay, a day or an à la carte treatment started/reserved and not completed is due in full.

Marine Cure

• 2 swimsuits;
• 1 swimming cap (long hair);
• 1 pair of sandals;
• 1 beach towel;
• 1 sports tracksuit;
• 1 raincoat;
• 1 pair of hiking shoes.

Thalasso-Rando Cure

• 2 swimsuits;
• 1 swimming cap (if long hair);
• 1 pair of sandals;
• 1 beach towel;
• 1 sports tracksuit;
• 1 raincoat;
• 1 pair of hiking shoes or boots;
• 1 backpack with hiking kit (first aid kit, etc.)

Relaxing Escape

• 2 swimsuits;
• 1 swimming cap (if long hair);
• 1 pair of sandals;
• 1 beach towel;
• 1 sports tracksuit;
• 1 raincoat;
• 1 pair of hiking shoes.

• An Aquamer bag
• A towel for your treatment
• Bathrobe
• Washcloth for your treatment
